The complex is completed with soothing agents such as bisabolol and dipotassium glycyrrhizate, light emollients like dimethicone and cyclopentasiloxane for a pleasant texture without a greasy feel, and antioxidants such as tocopherol and tocopheryl acetate that help protect against daily oxidative stress. This bi-phase serum, suitable for day and night use in cosmetic or pharmacy routines, is formulated with an aqueous base and components such as propanediol, pentylene glycol and other glycols that aid proper distribution of the actives, while Polysorbate 20 and other stabilising agents ensure a uniform texture.
